Spain-based metal forming equipment maker Fagor Arrasate opening new facility in Portage

South Bend-based Holladay Properties recently announced that Fagor Arrasate of Spain, which has customers spread across 70 countries worldwide, signed a lease to occupy 6,735 square feet in the new 52,900 square foot Diversey Building in Portage.
