Northwest Indiana business owners will have an opportunity to learn more about the Office of Work-Based Learning & Apprenticeship, a new division of the Indiana Department of Workforce Development during two sessions on Oct. 17. The first session is 9:30 a.m. at the Center of Workforce Innovations, 2804 Boilermaker Court, Valparaiso. Another session is set
