MUNSTER – Citizens Financial Bank’s board of directors has announced a quarterly dividend of one cent per share, payable on Jan. 25 to shareholders of record on Jan. 4. The dividend was unchanged from the third quarter. CFS Bancorp, the parent company for Citizens Financial, has assets of $1.1 billion.
CHESTERTON – Urschel Laboratories will move headquarters and manufacturing from Valparaiso to Coffee Creek Center in Chesterton. The move to a 160-acre campus includes a 350,000-square-foot manufacturing building. Urschel manufactures a variety of cutting devices for the food processing industry around the world. EAST CHICAGO – Ameristar Casinos, which operates a casino and hotel in East Chicago, has been acquired by Pinnacle Entertainment of Las Vegas. The deal is worth $869 million. GARY – The Regional Development Authority is working with Gary officials to help finance the demolition of the former Sheraton Hotel in downtown.
