PORTAGE – Falk PLI Engineering & Surveying Inc. will expand its headquarters, creating 34 new jobs by 2016. The new office will be 9,000 square feet at AmeriPlex at the Port. MISHAWAKA – Franciscan Alliance has announced it is putting its two Illinois hospitals up for sale. Eleven of Franciscan’s 13 hospitals are in Indiana. The two in Illinois – in Chicago Heights and Olympia Fields – recently underwent $300 million in improvements. An outside health consultant has been hired to help Franciscan through the process.
