MICHIGAN CITY – Visit Michigan City LaPorte has announced that all VIP events for the first Maple City Grand Prix boat race are sold out.
All other race activities, however, including entry to the races at Soldiers Memorial Park, the downtown hoedown and boat parade on Saturday night, and the racers awards ceremony on Sunday night, are all free to the public.
Visit Michigan City LaPorte also will provide free parking and free shuttle service at the LaPorte County Fairgrounds and on Truesdell Avenue near Scharf Fields.
