Vitamin “T” Fitness Studio to expand

Merrillville-based Vitamin “T” Cycling and Fitness Studio is opening a second location in May at Merrillville’s Southlake Mall.

Tiffany Blakemore, aka Vitamin “T”, founded Vitamin “T” Cycling and Fitness Studio in 2023.

“I’ve always believed that fitness should be fun, challenging and for everybody,” Blakemore said in a press release. “This expansion is a chance to reach more people, share the love and show the community that fitness isn’t just about how you look — it’s about how you feel and live.”

Vitamin “T” Southlake will offer high-energy, music-driven spin classes. It will also provide chair fitness, an accessible workout for all ages and abilities, and low-impact trampoline classes. The fitness studio will also offer pop-up classes such as dance cardio, core conditioning and recovery stretch.

Vitamin “T” Cycling and Fitness Studio plans to host an opening celebration in May at its new location. Guests will enjoy free mini-classes, giveaways, membership specials and the opportunity to meet Blakemore and the coaching team.
