The Duneland Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting June 20 to celebrate the opening of Ancillaerie.

A free community event, the grand opening is a celebration of art. It will feature a pre-artist reception for the work of Marjory Crawford. Refreshments will be served.

Owned by Kristina Knowski and Aaron Melendez, Ancillaerie will offer custom picture framing and showcase regional artwork. Knowski and Melendez have a combined decade of experience in the framing industry. Both classically trained artists, they have a passion for creating unique, conservation-focused designs.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 4:30 p.m. June 20 at Ancillaerie in Chesterton. Learn more about the event here.

The Duneland Chamber of Commerce serves the towns of Beverly Shores, Burns Harbor, Chesterton, Dune Acres and Porter. The chamber promotes economic development in the Duneland area. The organization plans community events and educational programming.
