Natalie Carpenter was promoted to branch vice president for Coldwell Banker Realty's Indiana offices.
Carpenter, who has been with Coldwell Banker for three decades, started her career in Chicago.
“We are thrilled to have Natalie’s leadership in Indiana,” said Ayoub Rabah, president of Coldwell Banker Realty, Midwest, in a press release. “She is one of the hardest-working brokers in the industry, and I am confident that, with her leadership, Coldwell Banker will see growth and continued success.”
In her new role, Carpenter oversees the daily operations of offices in Northwest Indiana, including the support of 150 agents and staff affiliated with the brokerage firm.
In 2020, she was the first Black woman to win the Managing Broker of the Year Award from the Chicago Association of Realtors. Carpenter attended Northern Illinois University and Columbia College in Chicago, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications.
Coldwell Banker Realty, which was founded in 1906, has more than 100,000 real estate agents in 40 countries. It has offices across Northwest Indiana, including locations in Crown Point, Schererville and Valparaiso.
