Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group is expanding its Northwest Indiana market by acquiring offices in Crown Point and Valparaiso.

The two offices are home to 64 independent real estate brokers.

“Expanding further into Northwest Indiana has been a goal for our company for many years and allows us to serve additional communities inside our marketplace,” said Mike Prodehl, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, in a press release. “It's a big and exciting step for us, and we are thankful we're in a position to grow while experiencing a balancing market.”

Both offices, at 104 E. 107th Ave. in Crown Point and 2110 N. Calumet Ave. in Valparaiso, were acquired from Coldwell Banker Realty’s Central West brokerage-owned company.

The real estate group now has 15 offices in Indiana. Overall, it supports more than 1,700 agents in 70 offices based in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan.

Ayoub Rabah, regional president of Coldwell Banker Realty, Midwest, is confident the group's agents “are poised for continued success.”

“The partnership and collaboration for this office acquisition exemplify the strength of the powerful network of broker-owners and companies behind the Coldwell Banker brand,” Rabah said. “Working together as a unified front to achieve business goals ensures that Coldwell Banker remains a powerful force in the market.”

Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, which was founded in 1984, became affiliated with Coldwell Banker in 1997. In 2022, the company's sales volume reached more than $4.4 billion.
