Latitude Commercial arranges Dairy Queen sale

Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial recently completed the sale of a single tenant, absolute net leased Dairy Queen in Hammond.

The Dairy Queen has over 19 years remaining on their initial lease and is positioned near many national retail users.

Brett McDermott of Latitude Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.

“This is a well-positioned asset in a very strong and growing market,” McDermott said in a press release. “The out of state investor particularly liked it being an absolute net deal with no landlord responsibilities making it an easy to manage investment.”

Latitude Commercial provides commercial real estate services. It offers purchasing, leasing, landlord and tenant representation and commercial property management services. Latitude Commercial serves Indiana and Illinois.
