Korellis names new president

Hammond-based Korellis has announced the promotion of Matt Evans to president.

In his new role, Evans will lead the company’s strategic direction while maintaining a focus on team development and customer experience. He plans to support continued growth in Korellis’ core roofing services while also exploring opportunities to expand service offerings and specialty trades across the broader Midwest region.

Evans brings over two decades of construction experience to his new role.

Since joining Korellis as vice president of operations, Evans has focused on building relationships across all departments, listening to the needs of field and office teams and fostering workplace culture.

“Success begins with people,” Evans said in a press release. “When employees feel valued and supported, they perform at their best and that ultimately benefits our customers and the communities we serve.”

As a 100% employee-owned company, Korellis’ culture of accountability and long-term investment in its people aligns with Evans’ leadership values. He views the role of president not as a title but as a responsibility to serve every employee with integrity, transparency and care.

“This company has a strong foundation and a clear mission,” Evans said. “It’s an honor to help carry that forward with the same core values that have made Korellis what it is today.”
