The Duneland Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony Aug. 7 in Chesterton for American Family Insurance – Justin Salamanca Agency.
Justin Salamanca, a Chesterton native, brings over a decade of experience in the insurance industry to his new venture.
“After 11 years in the insurance industry, I’m proud to open my own American Family agency right here in Chesterton, the town I grew up in,” Salamanca said in a press release. “It’s an honor to help protect the people and families in this community—offering personalized insurance solutions and helping prepare for a secure future.”
The Duneland Chamber invites community members to the ribbon cutting celebration. The event will take place 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Aug. 7 at 103 W. Morgan Ave., Chesterton. Following the ceremony, attendees will have the opportunity to tour the new office and meet the team.
“I’ve already felt an incredible welcome from so many of you, and I’m truly grateful to be part of this community again,” Salamanca said.
