Larson-Danielson Construction recently marked the completion of three projects across the Region.
The La Porte-based company finished a renovation of South Bend’s new City Hall, an office addition for New York Blower Company in La Porte and an office renovation for Burke Costanza & Carberry in La Porte.
“These projects represent what we do best: listening to our clients, solving complex challenges and delivering high-quality spaces built to last,” said Brian Larson, Larson-Danielson Construction president, in a press release. “Whether it’s a civic facility, corporate headquarters or local office renovation, our work is guided by collaboration, craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence.”
The transformation of South Bend’s new City Hall included interior updates, structural improvements and an elevator replacement. The six-story building was formerly home to the South Bend Community School Corp. The renovation allowed the city to unite multiple city departments under one roof. The building serves as a hub for community members to access city services.
Larson-Danielson and Facet Architecture completed an 8,000-square-foot addition for New York Blower Company’s facility in La Porte. The two-story building unites the company’s staff in one space. The addition reflects New York Blower’s 136-year history and roots in the La Porte community.
Larson-Danielson’s small projects division, Facility Services Group and Facet Architecture, recently completed a design/build renovation for Burke Costanza & Carberry. The interior office buildout and exterior façade renovation revitalized an existing facility to create a new location for the firm in La Porte.
Larson-Danielson Construction's three completed projects showcase the company's impact across Northwest Indiana.
