Michigan City-based CLH, CPAs & Consultants recently promoted Edward Simokaitis, Alexia Perez and Katherine Dibkey to management positions.

Simokaitis, who joined CLH in 2017, was promoted to manager. He brings experience in accounting, finance and capital markets to his new role. Simokaitis is interested in trusts, estate projects and investments.
Simokaitis earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also received a post-baccalaureate certificate in accounting from Indiana University Northwest. Simokaitis has served on the boards of several maritime-related organizations.
Perez joined the firm in 2017 as an intern. She was promoted to manager after progressing through other stages in her career. Perez is interested in income tax and state and local use taxation. She has assumed staff training and business development responsibilities.
A Valparaiso native, Perez earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Business. She participated in the Indiana CPA Society’s Young Pros Leadership Academy.
Dibkey has served at CLH since 2011. She was promoted to manager, bringing 17 years of administrative experience to her new role. Dibkey’s responsibilities include supporting the administrative team, assisting the IT department and aiding with electronic file management.
Dibkey earned an associate’s degree in computer software technology from Brown Mackie College. She is a Michigan City native.
