Regional Care Group hosts gala

Merrillville-based Regional Care Group recently celebrated 50 years of service with a New Orleans-themed gala.

The Golden Jubilee Louisiana Street Style event marked five decades of service as a behavioral health provider in Northwest Indiana.

The gala featured live music and appetizers with wine pairings curated by Asparagus – Asian Fusion Restaurant. Guests enjoyed a meet-and-greet, dinner, live music by the New Orleans Brass Band and a silent auction.

Representative Frank Mrvan served as the evening’s guest speaker. Proceeds from the Golden Jubilee will benefit the funding of long-term services at Lake Park Residential Care, Regional Health Systems and Geminus, members of Regional Care Group.

“Regional Health Systems, a Federally Qualified Health Center, was founded with a clear mission to address the critical health needs of Northwest Indiana and make services more accessible,” said Bill Trowbridge, Regional Care Group CEO, in a press release. “This celebration is not only about reflecting on our journey, it’s also about looking forward.”
