Indiana-based Paradigm Health has expanded its hospice and palliative care services to Valparaiso.

The company founded in 2013 recently signed a lease for 2,000 square feet of space at 1620 Country Club Road.

“We’re humbled to begin serving families in Valparaiso and the greater Porter County community,” said Andrew Worswick, CEO of Paradigm Health, in a press release. “Our mission is to raise the bar of the hospice and palliative care experience, one family, one team member, one community at a time. Expanding into this region means we can walk alongside more families with the compassionate support, expertise and resources they deserve.”

Paradigm Health is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care for community-based palliative care.

“Paradigm Health provides an incredibly important service to families in the community,” said Julia Turner of Crown Point based Latitude Commercial in a press release. “We’re excited to welcome them to this location and support their continued growth as they expand their reach across Northwest Indiana.”

Turner represented the landlord in the transaction, while Jeff Norris and Morgan Metcalf of Indianapolis-based Merrill Property Group represented Paradigm.

Paradigm Health's philosophy is focused on the well-being of their employees and patients. The company also has a location in Mishawaka.
