Caravel Autism Health recently signed a lease to open a location in Dyer’s Emerald Crossings II shopping plaza.
Caravel Autism Health plans to open the new location within the next few months. The company has a second Northwest Indiana clinic in Munster.
Caravel Autism Health specializes in the evaluation and diagnosis of autism. The clinic also provides therapy for children on the autism spectrum.
“Caravel is a great organization and will be a perfect fit for this location and will be an asset to the local community,” said Brett McDermott of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial in a press release.
Latitude Commercial, a real estate services firm, represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Caravel Autism Health was founded in 2009 by Dr. Eric Lund and Chris Van Dyke. The company is based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Caravel Autism Health has over 50 locations nationwide.
Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial is a commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm. The company serves Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area. Latitude Commercial was founded by Aaron and Brett McDermott.
