The Crown Point Rotary Club is hosting its annual Blues, Brews & BBQ Sept. 20 at the Lake County Fairgrounds.
The fest is family friendly and will feature eateries, breweries and blues bands from across the Region.
This year's music lineup includes Derek Caruso & The Blues Fuse, Funky Mojo Daddy and A Patch of Blues.
Proceeds from Blues, Brews & BBQ are used to help the Crown Point Rotary Club fund several local community and international projects, including:
- Dolly Parton Imagination Library
- Shoes for Kids
- Community Help Network and the Buddy Bags Program
- Franciscan Health Food Insecurity Program and Franciscan Health St. Clare Clinic
- Food Bank of Northwest Indiana
- Meals On Wheels
- St. Jude House
- Bashor Children’s Home
- South Shore Arts
- Merrillville Rotary Club’s Clothing Our Children Initiative
- Rotary Foundation
The festival will take place 1 to 8 p.m. Sept. 20, in the Lake County Fairgrounds’ Industrial Building.
