Kelley Kronenberg, a Florida-based law firm, will open a location in Merrillville, according to Latitude Commercial.
The national firm as founded in 1980 and now has more than 200 attorneys and 16 locations.
The new office will in the Park Tower at 233 E. 84th Dr.
“We definitely found the right spot to bring a national law firm to the Region,” said Antony Miocic of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial in a press release. “This location is minutes from the expressway and in a high traffic office and retail corridor. Everything that Kelley Kronenberg’s staff may need is only minutes away.”
Miocic represented Kelley Kronenberg in the transaction.
The Kelley Kronenberg website also shows a location at 5164 E. 81st Ave. in Merrillville.
