Kristine Clark, a mortgage loan specialist at Purdue Federal Credit Union, was named the Northwest Indiana Realtor Association’s Affiliate of the Year.
Clark has worked with Realtors for 19 years, assisting homebuyers with financing.
“To be named NIRA’s Affiliate of the Year by a group I hold in such high regard was an unexpected and incredible honor,” she said in a press release. “NIRA works tirelessly to be a premier resource and advocate for their members serving Northwest Indiana.”
Purdue Federal said she earned the award because of “exceptional member service” and involvement in the community.
Clarke joined the credit union's team in 2021. She works in both the Crown Point and La Porte branches.
“This award is one I proudly share with Purdue Federal Credit Union,” she said. “They provide support to me that is second to none and that same support is given to every employee and member alike.”
Nominees for the award are submitted by NIRA members and chosen by a committee of five NIRA Realtor of the Year recipients. One affiliate member earns the award each year.
Purdue Federal was founded on Purdue University’s West Lafayette campus in 1969, and has grown to 100,000 members nationwide.
