Horizon Bank is renaming its wealth division to Horizon Private Wealth Management.
The change from Horizon Trust & Investment Management will take effect July 1.
Bank officials say the name better reflects the services they offer.
“By expanding the name to Private Wealth Management, our goal is to ensure current and prospective clients understand we offer a wide range of investment advisory services to manage their wealth,” said John Richards, president of Horizon’s Private Wealth Management division, in a press release. “Our team of advisers take a consultative approach to tailor personalized financial guidance leveraging a broad range of services – such as investment advice, trust and estate administration, and retirement planning – designed to meet the complex needs of our clients.”
Horizon Bank is celebrating 150 years. It has more than 70 locations in Indiana and Michigan.
