SOUTH BEND – Venues Parks & Arts VPA Presents Annual St Patricks Day Parade . The parade will take place on Saturday, March 17, 2018, beginning at 11 a.m. The parade begins in East Bank Village at Jefferson Boulevard and Frances Street, heads west on Jefferson, then turns north on Niles Avenue towards Washington Street.
This event is free and open to the public. Immediately following the parade, the annual greening of the East Race will occur at Seitz Park.
