The Franciscan St. Margaret Health Auxiliary presented a check for $79,000, which will be used to support hospital services at the Dyer and Hammond campuses, during an annual luncheon. Among the missions and projects supported through the donation are the Catherine McAuley Clinic, the Sister Mary Benedict Fund, and hospital renovations. Auxiliary members conduct fundraising events throughout the year, besides performing myriad other duties, to support staff and patient services. Gene Diamond, Franciscan Alliance Northern Indiana CEO, accepted the donation from Debby Stevenson, auxiliary president.
