VALPARAISO – The president and CEO of the Greater Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce has been named chairman of the Indiana Chamber Executives Association.
Rex Richards was elected to the ICEA board in July 2009 and will serve as chairman for the 2011-12 term.
The ICEA began in 1915 as a way to create a strong network of professionals to lead local chambers of commerce in the state.
