This philanthropic concert event kicks off the holiday season and takes place Saturday, Dec. 14 at the La Porte Civic Auditorium, 1001 Ridge St. Doors open at 6 pm (Central time) with the concert beginning at 7 pm.
Main floor tickets are sold out! Balcony tickets are still available; $10 for adults and $5 for children, ages 12 and under. Group sales are also available; buy 10 tickets and get the 11th free, plus reserved group seating options. Interested event goers are encouraged to buy their tickets online at holidaypopslaporte.org as soon as possible. Refreshments will also be served at the event.
The concert features a variety of local talent including the La Porte County Symphony Orchestra, directed by Philip Bauman. Entertainment will also be provided by special guest artists including: Shania Povlock, vocalist; Cripple Creek, vocal ensemble; Illumination, chorus; and Sarah Gartshore/vocalist. All proceeds benefit the Foundation’s VNA Fund, which supports Indiana University Health La Porte VNA Services, and other vital philanthropic healthcare needs in the community.
