VALPARAISO — Taltree Arboretum & Gardens is hosting its second annual Picnic en Blanc benefit on Saturday, June 27. Inspired by the world-famous Dîner en Blanc in Paris, guests will dine and socialize outdoors, dressed in all-white attire.
Held underneath an expansive white tent, the wildlife and scenery of Taltree will replace the sights and sounds of Paris. Board member Don Evans will guide guests through the traditions and activities of the night. Guests bring decorations for their own tables, with a prize for the best table. Other activities for the evening will include the traditional waving of white napkins, dancing, a photobooth and entertainment provided by Hey Jimmy.
The Second Annual Picnic en Blanc Benefit will be held at Taltree Arboretum & Gardens on June 27, 6pm-9:30pm. Tickets are $55 and can be purchased at Taltree.org/event/picnic-en-blanc-2/.
