Be a Superhero and help end homelessness in St. Joseph County! Join Homeward Bound awareness and fundraiser on Saturday, April 5.
Our theme is Super Heroes to end homelessness – so come dressed as your favorite Super Hero or create your own. Our honorary chairs for this event are student leaders from the area colleges and universities. They pledge to be local heroes to help end homelessness and invite their fellow students and community members to join them on the starting line on April 5th.
Homeward Bound is a statewide initiative to bring Hoosiers from across the state walking toward an end to homelessness. The Indiana Association for Community Economic Development (IACED) began this effort in 2003, and Homeward Bound has raised more than $3 million for over 100 affordable housing and homeless service providers across the state since its inception, making it Indiana’s largest grassroots fundraiser with the ultimate goal of ending homelessness.
