HAMMOND — Staff Source, a local staffing and recruitment firm, celebrated 16 years of service this year on March 16.

In 1998 Mirko Marich and Milan Kesic put their minds and their funds together to go out on a limb trying to make it big. They embarked on this journey along with Milan’s brother, Dan Kesic, who is now President of Staff Source.

“Business is the engine of a community,” Dan Kesic, President said. The staffing industry has allowed Kesic to assist the community by employing thousands of people throughout the years as well as grow other businesses in the area. “For us, value comes from finding a person a job that he/she is not only qualified for but also has a passion for,” Kesic explains.
