The Music Village’s weekly Songwriter’s Circle, led by Maya Rogers, hosts workshop by husband and wife duo, Grifters & Shills. The Houston, TX band will tour the country to promote their fourth album, “Watershed” and will stop in South Bend to give a workshop and performance. Local musicians and songwriters are invited to share their original works to receive feedback in a forum setting. Workshop is open to general public. Portion of proceeds benefit The Music Village.
WHEN:
July 31, 2014 from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. The first half hour will be the workshop (with performances interspersed), and the latter half hour will be reserved for questions and song feedback.
WHERE:
The Music Village at 108 N. Main St. (JMS Building), Suite 113 (lower level).
