SJRMC is a committed partner on this journey because lifestyle choices impact the health and happiness of every individual in the community. This Counts reinforces that it takes just one day to begin living a healthier lifestyle.
As part of This Counts, SJRMC is encouraging community members to submit videos, pictures or stories at www.ThisCounts.org to inspire change in others. Submissions are public, and select entries will be featured in SJRMC's upcoming commercials.
