INDIANAPOLIS — The Scottish Society of Indianapolis will host its Fifth Annual Indianapolis Scottish Highland Games and Festival on Oct. 11, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at German Park, 8600 South Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46217.

The event will host 40‐50 world‐class amateur athletes competing in seven highland heavy athletic events including the caber toss. Attendees will enjoy live music on two stages by Celtic bands “Mother Grove,” “Celtic Rain,” “Pictus” and “Drunk & Sailor” as well as pipe bands “Gordon Pipers” and “Fountain Trust Pipers.” Celtic dancers and roving entertainers will regale guests. Rat Pucking and Scottish Country Dancing will invite guest participation.
