MICHIGAN CITY – Save the Dunes is celebrating life on Lake Michigan by offering the third annual “Jammin’ for the Dunes” festival on Saturday, June 1, from 5 to 11 p.m. at Washington Park’s Amphitheater in Michigan City. This music and beer festival features local breweries, bands and restaurants.

Local bands include favorites Chester Brown, Ron Buffington, the All Good Things Band, Stealin’ the Farm, and Flyin’ Circus, with lighting provided by Levy Productions. Craft beers will be provided by Shoreline Brewery, Burn ’Em Brewing, and Bulldog Brewery. Local food vendors include Shoreline Brewery, Water’s Edge, Cabos Ice Cream, Rolling Stonebaker, and Soda Dog.

Tickets will be sold at the door for only $15. Proceeds directly benefit Save the Dunes to support its mission to preserve, protect, and restore the Indiana Dunes and all natural resources of northwest Indiana’s Lake Michigan watershed.
