CROWN POINT – The Calumet Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers has received a $1,500 check from the Beyond Safety Conference and Expo for its continuing education efforts.

The expo was held earlier this year at the Radisson Hotel in Merrillville. The program is aimed as CEOs, company presidents, safety managers, contractors, planning managers, risk managers and human resource personnel.
