LAPORTE – Indiana University Health LaPorte Hospital has announced that Brenda Rocha has joined the hospital as vice president, nursing clinical effectiveness. She will provide leadership for the integration of quality, safety and service into clinical practice and processes.
She received her associate in applied science degree from Sawyer College of Business in Merrillville; her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana University Northwest; her MSN and certified family nurse practitioner from Valparaiso University; and her doctorate in nursing from Governors State University in Illinois.
Rocha was previously with Advocate Healthcare-North Market, Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, Ill.
