As of this morning, all non-essential operations of the US Federal Government have shut down. Unfortunately, this includes the SBA 504 Loan Program.

The Regional Development Company is NOT a governmental entity and therefore will remain open for the duration of the shutdown.  We will be fully staffed and available to meet with borrowers, prospects, lenders and community leaders.  We are able to underwrite and locally approve loans.  Business will continue as usual.

However, we are unable to receive SBA approval of new loans, loan modifications and servicing actions until the furlough is lifted.

October borrower payments will be drafted as scheduled, and the October debenture funding will take place later this month.
