Red Bear Negotiation Co. earns spot on Selling Power best list

Crown Point-based Red Bear Negotiation Co. recently landed a spot on Selling Power's list of Top Sales Training Companies 2023.

Red Bear offers sales and procurement negotiation training to Fortune 500 companies and those with high growth.

“This award continues Red Bear's momentum in 2023 as organizations increasingly recognize the need for negotiation training during times of volatility and economic uncertainty,” said Rob Cox, Red Bear Negotiation chief marketing officer, in a press release. “Red Bear's unforgettable, tailored learning experiences transform people, teams and organizations into world-class negotiators.”

Selling Power, a digital resource for sales managers and vice presidents since 1981, evaluated companies based on the number of training programs offered, innovative solutions, contributions to the training market for sales and client satisfaction.

Red Bear offers training programs in sales and cross-cultural negotiations, closing deals and improving sales results. Red Bear noted that 2022 brought a 60% increase in revenue.

Red Bear began as a division of BayGroup International, which was sold in 2013. In 2017, Red Bear became owner of its content.
