Qdoba2San Diego-based Qdoba Mexican Eats is expanding its presence in Indiana.

The restaurant operator is opening four new restaurants around the state, including one in Mishawaka, which opens in September. The other new locations are in Brownsburg, which opened Aug. 27; Lafayette, which also opens in September, and Whitestown, which will open before the end of August.

“Indiana has been home to Qdoba for roughly 20 years and we’re proud to be part of this community,” said Ahmad Almasri, QDOBA director of operations. “With the addition of these four restaurants, there’s now more than 35 locations in the state.”

Qdoba launched in 1995. Today it operates more than 750 restaurants in 47 states, the District of Columbia and Canada.
