PUC professor to discuss NATO summit

HAMMOND – A Purdue University Calumet professor and author will discuss the upcoming NATO Summit in Chicago during a free presentation at noon, Monday, May 14, in YJean Chambers Hall of the university’s Student Union and Library.

Richard Rupp is an associate professor of political science, head of Purdue Calumet’s Department of History and Political Science, and author of the book, “NATO After 9/11: An Alliance in Continuing Decline.”

During his presentation, Rupp will offer his perspective on the North American Treaty Organization. The NATO summit is set for May 20-21.
