HAMMOND – For the third straight year, Purdue University Calumet’s Charlotte R. Riley Child Center has qualified for the Paths to Quality top rating status.
The ranking is Indiana’s top rating for child care programs and was created by the Child Care and Early Education Partnership to help parents identify licensed family child care centers.
The Riley Center, which also serves as a laboratory for Purdue Calumet students studying early childhood development, is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Youth. It will receive a $1,000 grant for receiving the top rating.
