HIGHLAND – Prompt Ambulance Service of Highland has acquired the three Indiana locations of Keeney Ambulance and Transport Service.
The acquisition price was not announced. Prompt acquired the operations in Rensselaer, Lafayette and Frankfort. Prompt said it plans to retain all 70 of Keeney’s employees.
The acquisition puts Prompt into new areas in the state. Previously, the company’s service territory extended from Lake County to South Bend.
