VALPARAISO – Porter Regional Hospital has received the Chest Pain Center accreditation from the Society of Chest Pain Centers.
The accreditation signifies that patients who arrive at the hospital with chest pain or other symptoms of a heart attack are treated within the critical window of time when damage to the heart muscle can be kept to a minimum.
