SOUTH BEND – CBRE|Bradley and Bradley Residential Management have announced the promotion of Jennifer Pinkepank to marketing and research manager of their group of companies.
She will manage and support marketing, communication and research initiatives across eight regional offices in Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan. As part of the team since 2008, she is responsible for the creation, production and distribution of corporate and property marketing materials. Her team works directly with over 25 brokers to establish marketing plans for property listings. She coordinates press releases and works with the media to help shape the public image and perception of CBRE | Bradley and Bradley Residential Management.
Jennifer is also responsible for all market research for the brokerage department and the
company as a whole, providing statistical and analytical data.
Pinkepank is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, and is involved in the St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce, involved in the Young Professionals Network and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Indiana.
