VALPARAISO – The vacant Task Force Tips building in Evans Avenue will soon be home to Paul Wurth Inc., which is moving its operation and 13 employees from Portage.

Paul Wurth is based in Luxembourg and designs facilities for the steel industry around the world. It also services equipment in area mills.

The company opened in Portage three years ago, said manager Jim Tommarello. He said the company expects to use machine shops in the region to manufacture some of the parts is needs.
