New York firm acquires Erskine Village shopping center in South Bend

Old Navy is among the tenants at the Erskine Village shopping center in South Bend.

The Erskine Village shopping center in South Bend recently was purchased by The Cotswold Group of Harrison, N.Y.

The 272,000 square-foot regional shopping center, which was built in 2004, includes 15 buildings on 42 acres. Major anchors include TJ Maxx, Old Navy, Ross Dress for Less, Petsmart, Famous Footwear, and Dollar Tree.

The shopping center’s anchor tenants include Target and Kohl’s. Cotswold said the South Bend shopping center has about 100,000 square feet of available space.

The Cotswold Group currently owns and manages commercial properties in seven states and is actively seeking more investments in the Midwest and Eastern U.S.
