VALPARAISO – Kitty Cavanaugh has been named the new ICU Unit Director at Porter Health System.
Cavanaugh, a registered nurse, began at Porter in 1992 and spent 15 years in the ICU as a critical care nurse. She has been instrumental in leading the ICU forward in improved quality initiatives and evidence-based practice.
Before her career at Porter, Cavanaugh attended Indiana University and graduated with a degree in nursing.
