MISHAWAKA – Mark Murray has been named 2011 chairman of the board for the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Murray is president/CEO of Center for Hospice Care in Mishawaka.
NHPCO has 52,000 members and is the oldest and largest organization representing hospice and palliative care programs.
Murray has been on the national board since 2006, and has been president/CEO of the Center for Hospice Care since 1997. He is a former chairman of the Indiana Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and is a member of the Indiana Home Health Services and Hospice Services Council since being appointed by Gov. Mitch Daniels in 2006.
