MERRILLVILLE – Modern Forge Co. of Blue Island, Ill., has announced it is moving to a site on Colorado Street in Merrillville. The move will result in a $17 million investment in the new site and will create 250 jobs.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. provided $2.2 million in incentives and the Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority provided $2 million in incentives.
