SOUTH BEND — Goodwill Industries of Michiana, Inc. is partnering with Ivy Tech Community College and the Blue Chip to host a Job Fair on Thursday, August 14th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.  The event will be held in Blue Chip’s Stardust Event Center and will include over 40 businesses seeking applicants.  Among the companies in attendance are: IU Health / LaPorte Hospital, Bricklayers Union, US Coast Guard, Powder Processing & Technology, Speedway, Blue Chip Casino, Menards, Albanese Confectionery, Dollar General, Goodwill Retail Stores, Calumet Pallet, US Steel, Michigan City Paper Box Company, Accurate Casting, Pipefitters Union, Dungarvin, Employment Plus, LaPorte County Family YMCA, Roofers Local 23, Teleperformance, Monosol, Alcoa Howmet LaPorte, IBEW 531, US Postal Service  and many more.
