Methodist Hospitals will hold their Fall Community Health Fair offering free health screenings, free health information, free flu shots for the uninsured, the latest information on the Affordable Care Act, and a Railcats Concourse Challenge featuring a Walk or Run around the stadium to promote good health and exercise to members in the community. Also offered will be Silver Sneaker demonstrations, Zumba and Line Dancing, in addition to free food, gifts and raffles.
The Health Fair is open to members of the Community, church congregations, community Schools, businesses. The event will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
