Methodist Hospitals is proud to announce that they have recently become a Daisy Award Partner. The Daisy Award is an international program that rewards and celebrates the extraordinary clinical skill and compassionate care given by nurses every day.
One nurse from each campus will be honored with this award three times a year. Patients and visitors may nominate a deserving nurse by filling out a nomination form and dropping it in the special counter top displays at the front desks and inpatient units. Each Daisy Award Honoree will be recognized at a public ceremony in her or his unit and will receive a certificate of recognition, a DAISY award pin, and a hand-carved stone sculpture entitled Heart’s Touch. Methodist is proud to announce the first winners of the DAISY Award.
